Hurry up!

"Hurry up...I got to get to work!. Hurry up and come out...I gotta get to work!". Diva's conversation while she was on the potty tonight. Oh she's gonna love me and my stories when she is in High School!

It's feeling a lot like Christmas...

I can't believe I am almost done with my shopping this year. I usually am one of those people that are out on Christmas Eve (or day after Christmas for out of town family), but not this year. I am all done except buying small things for the kiddo's to give hubby and the grandparents.

Now, our Christmas cards...not so much. I going to do the photo on Friday morning before work or Saturday morning and get on Shutterfly that night so I can get them in time for Christmas. I have been working over time have just not had the time to do the photos of the kiddos. All I can say is it's going to be adorable (at least it is in my head!).

Downer...

I can't breath, I can't stop my mind from thinking, I want to cry. Sorry for being such a downer.

She doesn't love me anymore...

Since I have returned back to work Diva has been having "mommy issues" (her words...not mine). I don't get off work until 9pm and around when it starts getting dark that is when Diva starts asking for me. When she used to have a "I need mommy" day, hubby was able to bring her by my work so she could see me but now I'm locked up and I really wouldn't want her around this nasty place anyways. So, around 7pm Diva wanting mommy turns into "anti mommy" time until I arrive home and she meets me at the door with a great big hug. She is such a roller coaster of emotions about me going back to work...I feel so bad for her.

After hearing about Diva's after school conversation with hubby yesterday I just don't know if I should laugh or cry.

Diva-Daddy...mommy needs to move out.
Hubby-Why do you say that? Where would she live?
Diva- I don't know. We just need to lock the door so she can't get in.
Hubby- Your mommy loves you. She works so she can pay the bills and buy us nice things.
Diva- She can still give us dollars. She can put them in the bank and we can go get dollars out.

I'm really feeling the love!
